Job Description:
The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
Should have knowledge about Building Management System (BMS) design and system architecture diagram which includes Sequence of operations design /Field equipment selections (Valves, sensors etc)
Project planning & execution for timely delivery and with quality expected from customers
Project estimation, change management, risk management, quality management (corrective/preventive actions)
Interface with customers for information & delivery
Estimation, scope capture, understanding piping/duct layout drawings, specification/mech. Drawings, field device selection, DDC configuration, generating schematics/layouts & controller wiring/interlock wiring diagrams, valve/damper sizing, application software development
