# Develop & manage user interface & design strategy for websites and product interface.
# Conceptualize and create responsive interfaces for multiple device support (desktop/tablet/mobile)
# Translate business requirements into user friendly and logical wireframes & mockups
# Iterate designs based on user feedback, research, technology constraints etc.
# Create cross-browser and cross-device compatible XHTML/CSS code from PSDs, CDRs etc.
# Create visually appealing transitions and effects using Javascript/jQuery
# Work closely with web developers to implement visually appealing layouts for functionality elements
# Continuously research and implement best practices in web based design and usability.
# Creating engaging web architecture, site designs and layouts
# Must be updated to current web design trends and technologies
# Proficiency in design programs such as Photoshop & Illustrator; Dreamweaver, HTML5, CSS3 skills would be an added advantage.
# Working as part of a team with copywriters, illustrators, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
