· Specializations : BE - (IT and Computer) – July 2013 passing out Batch only
· Aggregate % - 60% and above
· No Backlogs
· Good Communication skills
· Good knowledge of technology
· Willingness to work as per the client Time zone ( work timings in US & UK)
· Willingness to get posted either in mumbai , Bangalore , Pune
Interview process captured below :
1. Written aptitude Test
2. Group discussion
3. HR Interview
4. Technical Interview
5. Final –Panel Interview
Compensation : 2.70 L/annum – Further revisions and hikes based on performance
On Confirmation (after 12 months ) – 3.20 Lakhs/annum – Completely based on performance during training and assignments
Following Documents will be checked before the Recruitment Process on 31st July 2013 :
Originals & Photocopies of :
1.SSC/HSC Certificate
2.Marksheets of all the semesters of Degree
3.One Photo Identity Proof (College ID/Passport/PAN card/Driving Licence)
4.Resume
5.Photograph
The students eligible as per the criteria mentioned above have to submit the online registration form given below at the bottom of this page. All the students submitting the online registration form will be given Registration IDs (without checking their credentials/eligibility) on www.rawandale.com in an Excel sheet on 29th July 2013. But only eligible students will be allowed to appear for the process on 31st July 2013 after checking all their original documents.
